Tata Teleservices

Tata Teleservices is situated in the Khan Lateef Khan Estate on Fateh Maidan Road in Basheerbagh. This part of Hyderabad is always buzzing with activity. Our office is in a pretty well-known building, but it’s still just a place where we handle phones and service issues. We have a lot of desks, computers, and people talking on headsets. It’s a busy atmosphere with a lot of ringing phones. We spend our days helping people get their connections sorted or dealing with technical problems. The commute to Basheerbagh can be tough with the traffic, but we are right in the middle of everything. It’s not a fancy setup. The furniture is a bit worn, and there are stacks of paperwork on most of the tables. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, log on, and try to get through the queue of tasks for the day. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we manage. We aren't here to give some big sales pitch. We just provide the service and try to keep things running. It’s a lot of coordination and technical talk between staff members. Most of the people here have been doing this for years, so we know the routine inside and out and just keep moving forward.
