Our office is located in the Nethaji Nagar area of Bangalore, right near the Jalahalli Cross. The address is 9, Thammappa Coconut Garden, but don't let the name fool you into thinking it’s a park. It’s actually a very busy part of the city where we manage our various local infrastructure projects. We have been at this location for a while, and most of the people in the neighborhood are used to seeing us around. The office itself is pretty basic, filled with desks, chairs, and several computers for our engineering and design work. We spend a lot of our time stuck in Bangalore traffic when we have to go out and check on our different project sites. It can be frustrating, but it’s just part of living here. The team we have is pretty relaxed, but we definitely put in the hours when a big deadline is coming up. We don't bother with a reception desk or any of those fancy office perks you see elsewhere. It’s just a practical workspace where we focus on the task at hand. We usually keep the windows open, and the city noise is always there in the background. We concentrate on the nuts and bolts of construction and making sure everything is built correctly. We’re just a regular group of people working in T. Dasarahalli and trying to get things done right.
