Our place is called Nisarga, located at Number 35 in Vignana Nagar. It’s under the New Thippasandra Post here in Bangalore. This part of the city is a mix of old homes and new buildings. We work with solar power, so we spend a lot of time thinking about the sun and how to catch it. The office is tucked away in a fairly quiet lane, which is a nice change from the crazy traffic on the main roads. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been working with solar tech for years. It’s a simple setup inside—just some desks, chairs, and piles of technical manuals. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. If someone walks in, they usually just find one of us sitting at a desk and we start talking. Bangalore is a tech city, so people here ask a lot of smart questions about efficiency and batteries. We just do our best to answer them without making it too complicated. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. Sometimes we have lunch together in the back. We focus on getting the solar installations right for the houses and businesses nearby. It’s a lot of logistical planning and making sure the parts arrive on time. We like being in Vignana Nagar because it feels more like a community than a business park. It's a good place to be every day.
