You can find us at 101 Wheelers Road in Cooke Town. We’ve been in this building for a good while, and it’s become a bit of a second home for the team. We do both architecture and interior work, so the office is always full of fabric swatches, wood samples, and big rolls of blueprints. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. Cooke Town is a great neighborhood with a lot of character, and we try to respect that in the work we do. There are about five of us here on a regular day. We spend a lot of time talking to each other about how to fix problems that pop up on site. Things never go exactly as planned in construction, so we have to be quick on our feet. We don’t have a corporate vibe at all. We’re more likely to be found in jeans and old shirts, drinking tea and looking at a floor plan. We take our work seriously, but we don’t feel the need to be formal about it. Most of our clients are people from the local area who want to update their homes or build something new from scratch. We like the process of seeing an idea turn into a real room you can stand in. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else but here on Wheelers Road. We just take it one day at a time.
