Our place is located behind the GEB substation in Vartej. It’s on Survey No. 207 and 208. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly industrial, so there’s always the sound of heavy work going on. We do casting work here. It involves a lot of heat and metal, so it’s not exactly a clean or cool environment to spend your day in. We have a crew that’s been doing this for a long time. They know how to handle the molds and the molten metal without making too much of a mess, though some mess is just part of the job. The floors are concrete and usually have some grit on them. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find someone in the shop. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We focus on getting the pieces right so they fit whatever machine they’re meant for. Sometimes the schedules get tight when a lot of orders come in at once, and we end up staying late to finish the pours. The substation nearby is a good landmark because otherwise, all these industrial plots start looking the same after a while. We don't put much stock in big speeches or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the metal is cast properly and the customers get what they asked for. That is how we work.
