Talent Onboard

We are located over at No.7, Sri Rama Mandir Road in Basavanagudi. It’s a very traditional part of Bangalore. The Basavanagudi Medical Centre is right near us, so that’s the best way to find the building. We spend our days here talking to people about their careers and looking for new staff for different companies. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people for interviews. The office is fairly simple. We have a few cabins and a main area where we keep all the resumes and files. Sri Rama Mandir Road is a nice street to be on. It’s got that old residential charm but it’s still busy enough. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in our waiting area when we have several people arriving at the same time for meetings. We don't use a lot of fancy tech, just the usual computers and a reliable internet connection. We’ve been in this Basavanagudi spot for a while and we know the neighborhood well. There’s a good tea place just around the corner where we usually go. The work is mostly about connecting people, and this office gives us a quiet enough place to do that. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular building on a busy road. We just keep things moving along and try to stay on top of all the hiring requests we get.
