Talent Management Labs

Talent Management Labs is on the third floor near the Universal showroom in Malleshwaram. The shop number is 2 at Dhayari Phata. We spend most of our time here looking through lists and making phone calls to see who might fit certain jobs. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. There are about four of us in the office usually. We have a couple of old desks and some chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. People come by sometimes looking for work, mostly after seeing our sign near Margosa. It’s not a big fancy operation. We just handle the recruitment stuff for businesses that don't want to do it themselves. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon so we just take a break then. Usually, we are here from ten in the morning until about six or seven. The 3rd floor is a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right. We keep a lot of files in metal cabinets that probably need a bit of oil on the hinges. It’s a pretty standard workspace for this part of town. We don’t have a big reception area or anything, just a small table where people can fill out forms if they need to. It works for what we need to get through the day. Sometimes we grab tea from the vendor across the street when it gets quiet.
