Talent HR Academy

Our place is tucked away on 4th Cross in the RMV 2nd Stage area, near New Bel Road. If you know where the Corporation Bank is, we are right there. It is a quiet enough lane most of the time, which is good for focusing. We have been set up here for a bit, dealing with all things HR. Usually, the office is filled with files and people talking about hiring or how to manage staff better. It is not a huge space, just a regular office setup on SR Lane. We have some desks and a couple of rooms where we sit down and go through training stuff. It is pretty straightforward work. We help people understand the basics of human resources, like payroll or how to interview someone properly. There is always someone on the phone or typing away. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything, just a functional space where we get things done. The neighborhood is nice, and you can grab a coffee nearby when things get slow. We mostly just keep to our schedule and make sure the students or clients have what they need. It is a practical environment. No one wears suits much unless there is a big meeting. We are just regular people trying to help others get into the HR field. It is simple, really, and we like being in this part of Bangalore. The trees on SR Lane make the walk into work quite pleasant every morning.
