Talent F L O

Talent F L O is based out of Patric Town in the Malleswaram West area, specifically at number 23. It’s a quiet spot near Hadapsar. We have a modest office where we spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people. It’s not one of those big recruitment firms with glass walls. Our space has a few desks, some filing cabinets that don't always close right, and a small table for interviews. We usually have the window open to let in some air. Malleswaram West is a nice part of town, and we've settled in here well. Sometimes the cat from downstairs wanders into the office. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us trying to match people with work. It can be a slow process sometimes, but we just keep at it. The office at Patric Town is easy to get to once you know where number 23 is. We often have a lot of papers stacked up on the desks. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of fancy software, just the basics. It’s a very grounded way to work. We talk to people plainly and try to understand what they need. It’s just us here most days, doing our bit in the neighborhood and hoping to help people find something that works for them. We just take it day by day.
