We are tucked away in Padmanabhanagar at number 17. If you happen to walk past our door, you’ll probably see a few of us hunched over monitors or arguing over a blueprint on the main table. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We spend a lot of time talking about shadows and where a window should go so the sun doesn't bake the room in the middle of the day. We aren't really the type to wear suits or act formal. Usually, it's just jeans and some coffee stains on the desk from a long morning. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a big project going on, with rolls of paper stacked in the corners. There are samples of tiles and wood offcuts scattered around the floor because we like to see how things feel in our hands. Sometimes people come in looking for a quick sketch of a shed or a wall, and we try to help out if we aren't totally buried in paperwork. Living and working in this part of town is alright, though the parking situation can be a real headache for anyone visiting. We’ve been at this for a bit, just trying to make sure houses and buildings actually work for the people who have to live in them. It's not about making a monument or anything like that, just a decent place to be. We tend to stay focused on the work itself rather than talking about it too much.
