Systematic Conscom Ltd. Noida,(U.P)

Our name says Noida, but if you look at the address we use, we are actually down in Bangalore. Specifically, we are located in the 4th Block of Rajajinagar. It is a bit of a story how that happened, mostly just how things evolved for us over time. The office here is not very large at all. We share the building space with a lot of other local businesses in the block. Rajajinagar is always busy, so there is a lot of noise coming from the street, which we have just gotten used to over the years. We handle things related to the Systematic Conscom name, which usually involves a lot of coordination and technical talk. It is not the kind of job that looks very cool in photos, but it keeps us busy from the morning until the evening. We do not really do the whole corporate culture thing here. There are no team building retreats or fancy coffee machines in the breakroom. We just drink the tea from the small shop downstairs and get on with our daily tasks. Some days are much slower than others, but we usually have enough work to keep our hands full. The address might be confusing to people who only see the Noida part of the name, but we are definitely here in Karnataka. Being in 4th block is convenient because almost everything we need is within walking distance. We do not have a massive staff, just a group who knows the work.
