You can find us at E-1/17 in the New Friends area on Poud Road, Kothrud. It’s a nice part of Pune, and we like being here because everything is close by. Synergy Technologies is just a group of us working out of this office. It’s not one of those massive IT parks you see on the outskirts of the city. We are in a more settled, older neighborhood. The office is cozy, maybe a little too small when we are all in at the same time, but it works for us. We spend most of our time on computers, figuring out tech stuff and talking to people who need help with their systems. It’s quiet enough that we can get work done, but you can still hear the traffic from Poud Road. We don’t have a HR department or a big corporate structure. If someone has a problem, we just talk it out over tea. The building is an older style, which gives it a bit of character. We’ve had the same desks for years, and the walls are covered in notes and reminders. It’s a very grounded way to run a technology company. We aren't chasing some big dream; we are just providing a service to the people who need it. It’s a steady, everyday kind of job for us here in Kothrud. We aren't interested in being the next big thing, just in doing our work well.
