We are located over at Domlur in the Pine Valley area of the Embassy Golf Links Business Park. It sounds like a very fancy place, and it is a big park, but our actual day-to-day is pretty normal. Synergy Property Development Services Pvt Ltd has been based here for a while. Even though it's a big business park, inside our office it’s just a bunch of us sitting at desks trying to get the paperwork and the planning sorted. There’s always someone running off to a meeting or coming back with a lot of blueprints. The elevators are sometimes slow, and the parking can be a real headache if you get in late, but the office itself is alright. We have a small kitchen area where we spend way too much time talking about non-work stuff. The view from the windows is mostly other buildings and some of the golf course greenery, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We deal with a lot of property stuff, obviously, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. No one is wearing suits unless they absolutely have to for a big meeting. Most of the time it’s just jeans and shirts. We are just regular people trying to manage some pretty big projects without losing our minds in the process. It's a lot of coordination and phone calls.
