Our office is located in Vijayanagar, Bangalore, right on the 2nd Cross in M.C. Layout. It’s a residential-feeling area which makes it a nice place to work from compared to the more crowded parts of the city. We are at House Number 916 on the 5th Main. We do property development services here, which basically means we spend our time managing construction sites and making sure projects are actually happening. The team here is pretty small and we’ve known each other for a long time. We aren’t the type to have big meetings with PowerPoint slides. Usually, we are just huddled around a desk talking about a site issue or checking the latest government regulations. Bangalore is always under construction somewhere, so we stay pretty busy. We try to keep things honest with the people we work with. If a project is delayed, we say so. We don't like using corporate jargon because it doesn't help get a building built. Most of our day is spent making phone calls, visiting sites, and making sure the supplies show up on time. It’s a practical job and we like it that way. If you’re in the Vijayanagar area, you’ll see our sign. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now and we plan on staying for more projects in the future. It's just us trying to make sense of the building world while keeping things as simple as possible.
