Our office is tucked away on the first floor of Embassy Diamante, right there on Vittal Mallya Road. It is a well-known part of the city, and the street is usually lined with cars and people heading to the different shops and offices. Working at Synergia Consultants means we spend a lot of our time looking at reports and talking with people about their business needs. The office isn't overly decorated. We have some filing cabinets that are probably too full and a conference table that gets a lot of use. The first floor is convenient because we don't have to wait for the elevator most days. We can just walk right up. The windows look out toward the street, so there is always something to watch if you need a two-minute break from the screen. It can be a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’ve mostly stopped noticing it. We aren't a huge firm, so everyone knows each other well. We handle our consulting work with a straightforward attitude. There aren't many bells and whistles here. We just sit down, open our laptops, and get through the files. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, and other times we manage to leave right on time. It is a solid place to work, and we like being in this part of town despite the parking troubles.
