Synergia Bio Sciences

We are located at Embassy Diamante, No. 34 Vittal Mallya Road. It is a well-known part of the city, and the building is easy to spot. Synergia Bio Sciences operates out of here, though it might not look like a traditional lab from the street. Inside, it is a bit more clinical, but it still feels like a workspace where people are actually doing things. We have our computers and our equipment set up in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. Vittal Mallya Road is always busy with cars and people going to the shops nearby. It is a nice change from the dusty industrial parks we used to be near. The staff here is mostly focused on the technical side of things, so we don't spend much time worrying about the decor. We have a small break area where we drink coffee and talk about stuff that isn't work. It’s important to have that balance. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are a smaller group that knows each other's names and families. The work can be demanding and requires a lot of concentration, so it is usually pretty quiet in the office during the afternoons. We just try to stay on top of the projects and make sure everything is handled properly before we leave for the day.
