Sycon Constructions Pvt Ltd is on the first floor of Favourite Plaza, which is at 15 Banaswadi Main Road in Sitafalwad. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of noise from the buses and cars passing by. Our office is a place where we keep all our blueprints, site reports, and safety gear. You’ll often see a few pairs of dusty boots near the door because we are frequently coming back from construction sites. The walls are covered with some old photos of projects and some calendars from previous years. We aren't the type of people who stay behind a desk all day; we prefer being out where the actual building is happening. When we are in the office, it’s usually to coordinate with contractors or to figure out the logistics for the next stage of a job. Favourite Plaza is a familiar building in this area, and we have a few regular spots nearby where we grab a quick meal. The office layout is simple, with a couple of partitioned areas and a common table where we sit down to talk things through. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated explanations. We just focus on the plans and make sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late, but we just deal with it and move on to the next task.
