Swil Limited

We are based out of the GIDC Industrial Estate in Jhagadia, specifically at plot 747. It is quite a drive out here if you are coming from the main town, but this is where all the industrial work happens. Swil Limited has been at this spot for a good while. The estate is huge, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the plot numbers. We have our main operations here and a small office space for the admin stuff. It gets quite loud during the day because of all the machinery running in the neighboring units, but you get used to it after a week or so. Our mail goes to P.O. Box No. 14 because sometimes the local delivery guys have trouble finding the exact gate. The building is just a standard industrial shed, nothing fancy or modern about it. We spend our days making sure the production lines are moving and that the materials arrived on time. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and then we all just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work and we have a good group of people here. Most of us live nearby or commute in together. We don't really have a reception desk, so if you show up, you just have to wave someone down in the yard or the loading dock.
