We are situated on the 1st floor at number 18, right on the 10th Cross of Sampige Road in Malleshwaram. If you know Malleshwaram, you know how lively Sampige Road is with all the shops and people selling flowers on the corner. Our office is right above the street noise. It’s an old building, so the stairs are a bit steep and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We don't really mind, though. It’s a comfortable place for us. We have our desks set up near the windows so we can see what’s happening outside. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in or calling around to get things sorted. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or have a fancy waiting room. There is just a bench for people to sit on if they have to wait. We like the tradition of this area. It feels like a real neighborhood where people actually know each other. We don't have any big corporate goals or missions. We just want to do our jobs well enough that we can keep coming back here every day. It’s a bit crowded with all the files and folders we’ve collected over time, but we know where everything is. It’s just a normal office in a great part of town. Sometimes we share snacks when someone brings something from the market downstairs.
