Swayam Architects

We are tucked away in Koramangala, specifically over at 201B on the 80 Feet Road in the 4th Block. Being in Chandra Reddy Layout means we are right in the middle of everything, which has its good and bad points. The 5th A Main is usually humming with activity. Swayam Architects is basically a small team of us who spend most of our daylight hours looking at site plans and structural details. The office isn't very large, so we have to stay organized, or at least we try to. There are a lot of samples of wood and stone lying around the corners. We spend plenty of time visiting sites and then coming back here to fix the drawings when things do not look like they did on paper. It is a lot of practical problem-solving. We do not really do the fancy corporate thing. Usually, you will find us in jeans just trying to figure out a plumbing layout or a roof line. The 80 Feet Road can be a nightmare for parking, so we usually tell people to come early or take an auto. Inside, it is mostly quiet unless the phones are ringing off the hook. We have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. It is a good community to be part of. We just take one project at a time and try to make sure we do not miss any of the small details that actually matter when someone is living in a house.
