Swathi Constructions

We have been over here on Banneraghatta Road for a good while now. If you go past the 3rd cross and hit the 36th main in Dollars Layout, that is us at number 17. It is usually pretty busy around here with the traffic and people moving about. We handle construction stuff, mostly just getting things built and keeping projects moving along. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when it rains too much and the sites get muddy, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is mostly me and a few other guys trying to keep the schedules straight. We spend a lot of time out of the office, checking on slabs or looking at bricks, so the office is sometimes quiet. It is not a fancy place, just a desk, some blueprints rolled up in the corner, and a couple of chairs that have seen better days. People stop by to ask about plots or how long a wall takes to dry. We try to give them a straight answer without making it sound complicated. It is just local work, really. We know the area well since we have seen it change so much over the years. Buildings are going up everywhere around Dollars Layout lately. It keeps us occupied. If you are walking around the 17th block, you will see our sign. It is nothing special, just a place where we get the work done and go home at the end of the day.
