We are based over in Padi, at 56-A Balaji Nagar. Swastik Industrial Valves Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good long time. Padi is a real hub for making things, and we fit right into that. Our daily life revolves around valves of all shapes and sizes. It’s a lot of metalwork. The shop floor is always busy, and there’s a constant sound of grinding and clanking. It’s the kind of noise you eventually stop hearing after a few years. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. If you call, you’re likely to speak to one of the people who actually works on the valves. We take pride in knowing how things work from the inside out. The office is tucked away in a corner of the building. It’s small and functional, filled with technical drawings and old logs. Sometimes Balaji Nagar gets a bit flooded when it rains heavily, but we just put on our boots and keep going. We have a small crew and most of us have been here since the start. We aren't into big marketing pushes or fancy slogans. We just make valves and try to make sure they do their job properly. It’s basic, hard work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We like the honesty of making something tangible every day. It is just what we do here.
