We've been here at Surya & Company for a while now. Our spot is over in the Nirmal Industrial Estate, specifically at 112/3 in BTM Layout. It gets pretty busy around here with all the trucks moving in and out, but we like the energy. Most mornings, we start early before the heat really sets in. It’s just a small team of us working through the piles of tasks that come up every day. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It's mostly just desks, some old filing cabinets, and the sound of the machines nearby. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just take a break and sit outside until it comes back on. Dealing with the traffic on the way to BTM is always a bit of a headache, but you get used to it after a few years. We know the neighbors pretty well, like the guys at the tea stall around the corner where we usually go around 4 PM for a break. There’s no big secret to how we do things. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun starts going down. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day. Sometimes things get a bit messy or behind schedule, but we eventually catch up. That is just how it goes in an industrial area like this one. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
