You can find us in the lower ground floor of M-177 in Greater Kailash Part II. It’s a nice neighborhood. Being in the basement means we don’t get a whole lot of natural light during the day, which can be a bit dull sometimes. We work on various systems. Most of it is technical and electrical things that people need fixed or installed. The office for Surge Systems India Pvt. Ltd. is usually filled with equipment, loose wires, and toolboxes. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work. We spend a lot of our time out at sites too. We aren't always just sitting in the office. Our guys are usually busy installing things or fixing issues for our clients around the city. We’ve been in GK II for quite some time now. It’s a good spot for us because we can reach different parts of Delhi pretty easily. We don't really have a big reception area or anything fancy. People usually just walk in and find us working at our desks or testing some new gear on the bench. It's a very practical environment. We have a lot of regular customers who have been with us since we first started. We don't do much marketing at all. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about what we do. Sometimes the work is complicated and we stay late to finish. It’s a simple way of running things.
