At Plot No. 29 in Sector No. 5, Surfair Cargo And Logostics is right in the middle of the I. I. E. Ranipur Sidcul area. This place is always moving. Cargo and logistics is mostly just moving boxes from one place to another and hoping the trucks don't get stuck in traffic. Our office is full of clipboards and old maps. We spend a lot of time staring at the clock and waiting for drivers to check in. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes a package goes missing for a few hours and everyone starts scrambling to figure out where it went. It’s usually just sitting on the wrong pallet. The warehouse floor is marked with yellow tape that’s mostly peeling off now. We have a small fridge in the back that barely keeps the water cold. It’s a busy atmosphere. You can hear the forklifts beeping all day long. We don't have time for many long breaks. Usually, we just grab a quick bite and get back to checking the manifests. The rain can be a problem because we have to be careful about loading when the ground is wet. We've got a couple of regular drivers who have been with us forever, which makes things easier. They know the routes better than anyone. It’s a tough business with a lot of moving parts, but we manage to stay on top of it every day.
