Located at No. 337 in the D. Muniyappa Layout, our office is right in the Chelekere Village area of Bangalore 43. We go by Surendra Constructions (P) Ltd. and have been based in this 2nd Cross street for some time. It’s a normal office setting where we handle the daily tasks involved with our construction work. Being in Kalyan Nagar means we are close to a lot of other businesses, which helps. The layout itself is a mix of houses and small offices like ours. We spend most of our hours here looking at plans and making phone calls to different sites. It isn’t a large corporate setup, just a practical space where we can get through our list of things to do. People usually drop by to talk about building work or to drop off some documents. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's convenient for the staff and most people can find the address without too much trouble. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked bikes, but that’s just how it is in this part of Bangalore. We don’t really have any big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them done. The office at Nirmalamurli Nilayam is where all the main coordination happens. It’s a busy place but we like the neighborhood and the people around here. There is always someone working at the desk to handle the phone calls and visitors.
