Suren Lights

Suren Lights is located in Mysore at 147-5. We are on the first floor of the building in the Anantha Ramaiah Compound. To get to us, you have to go down the 2nd Cross street. The compound is an old place with a bit of history to it. There are a few other businesses sharing the space here. Being on the first floor means we have to walk up a narrow set of stairs every morning. It can be a bit dark in the stairwell if the light bulb is out, which happens more often than it should. Once you are inside, our space is actually quite open. We have a few windows that look out over the compound. You can see people coming and going all day long. The air is usually a bit cooler up here than it is on the ground floor. We have our work areas set up with plenty of light, obviously. It’s a functional space without any unnecessary stuff cluttering it up. We have a small corner for making coffee and taking breaks. The floor is concrete and easy to keep clean. We don't really have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone comes in, one of us just looks up from our desk and says hello. It is a straightforward way of working in a busy part of Mysore.
