Suraj Condominiums

Our office for Suraj Condominiums is over in Bangalore, specifically in the Ambedkar Nagar area. We are located at 25, 1st Cross, in a building called Rakshit Nilaya. It’s in Old Bayapanahalli, which is a busy little pocket of the city. One easy way to find us is to look for the Railway Police Station, because we are right opposite to it. The pincode here is 560033, though we usually just write -33 on the mail. Bangalore has changed a lot, but this neighborhood still feels familiar to us. We aren't some big corporate developer with a skyscraper office. We work out of a regular building on a cross road. The noise from the railway station is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. People come in to talk about apartments and living spaces, and we just give them the facts. There’s no sales pitch or anything like that. We are just locals who know the area well. It’s a simple setup at Rakshit Nilaya. We keep our files in order and try to help whoever walks through the door. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We’ve been in this spot for a while and don't plan on moving. It’s a practical location for what we do, and being near the station helps people find us without getting lost.
