Our office is situated at number 2 on the 8th Main Road in Shivanagar, which is part of the Rajajinagar area. It’s a fairly busy street with a lot of local shops and houses nearby. We have a modest setup here where we handle everything related to laundry equipment. The building isn't very new, and the paint is peeling a bit in the corners, but it works for what we need. Inside, you’ll find desks piled with manuals and technical drawings for various washing and drying machines. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with technicians and making sure spare parts are delivered to the right places. It’s not the kind of office where everyone wears a suit; we usually just wear whatever is comfortable for moving around equipment. The front door stays open most of the day to let some air in, so we hear all the sounds of Shivanagar passing by. Sometimes a customer drops in to ask about a repair, and we just sit them down on the old chairs we have near the entrance. We keep a small kitchen area in the back for making coffee and heating up our lunch boxes. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get quite busy when several orders come in at once. We’ve stayed at this Rajajinagar spot because it’s easy for our staff to get to and it’s become our home base.
