We operate out of Jeevan Bhima Nagar, specifically on the 9th Main, 4th Cross. It is a residential-feeling area in HAL 3rd Stage, but we run our logistics business from here every day. Our office at number 1673 is where we handle the coordination of goods moving across different routes. It is mostly about keeping track of where the trucks are and when they will arrive at their destination. We have a lot of charts and schedules pinned to the walls. Logistics can be a bit of a headache with all the variables like bad weather and sudden road closures, but we do our best to stay on top of it. It is a small team of us working here, and we have been in this location for quite some time now. We do not have a glossy brochure or a polished sales pitch to give anyone. We just take the orders, figure out the best way to move the items, and make the calls to the drivers to see how they are doing. It is practical, everyday work that does not involve much glamour. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it is quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure nothing gets lost or delayed in transit. Most of our day is spent talking to warehouses and checking on delivery statuses. It is a busy life, but it is what we know.
