Getting to our place near the BDA Complex in Vishwaneedam Post can be a bit of a journey if you aren't familiar with Srigandha Kavalu. We are at No. 115/46, and it’s a pretty quiet area compared to the city center. Smartplus Systems has been operating from here for some time now. The office is tucked away, so we don't get many random people walking in, which is actually nice. We have a lot of stuff piled up on the shelves—mostly old cables, spare parts, and manuals that nobody has looked at in years. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Our daily routine is mostly just answering calls and looking at screens. We take turns bringing in snacks, though it’s usually just biscuits from the shop nearby. The post office is close, so we’re always running back and forth to send out packages. It’s not a high-pressure environment with suits and ties. Most of us just wear jeans and old t-shirts. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with people who call us. If we can't do something, we just say so. There isn't any big marketing team here making us look better than we are. We are just a group of people working out of a small building in a regular neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just use that time to clean up the desks a little bit before getting back to work.
