Sunil Creations

Sunil Creations is tucked away on St Johns Wood Road in Tavarekere. We’ve got number 945, which isn't the biggest place, but it works for what we do. It’s a bit of a crowded area sometimes with all the traffic coming through, but we managed to make it our own. Inside, it’s usually a bit of a mess with materials everywhere, but that’s how we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing because it feels fake to us. My cousin helped me set up some of the shelves last year and they’re still holding up fine. We spend most of our mornings just sorting through what needs to be done and drinking tea before the real work starts. The neighborhood knows us pretty well by now. You can hear the sounds from the street all day, but you get used to it. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk right in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps the stress down. We focus on the actual creating part rather than worrying about if the floors are sparkling. It’s a honest day’s work for us. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets interesting, or sometimes we head home early if the weather is nice. That's the benefit of running your own small spot here.
