We are Sundaram Architects Pvt Ltd and you can find our office in Chandralayout, Bangalore. We are at number 674 on the 13th Cross in the 1st Phase. It’s a pretty decent area to work in. We have been here for a while now, designing different types of buildings. Our office is full of sketches, rolls of paper, and computers running all day. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Architecture involves a lot of sitting and thinking, so that’s what we do mostly. We don't have a team of hundreds. It’s a small group of us who actually care about the projects we take on. We deal with the local authorities and handle the technical drawings that people need to get their homes or shops built. Chandralayout has changed quite a bit since we first started, with more shops and traffic now. We just keep doing our thing. We don’t use those big, fancy words that some firms use. We just talk like regular people to our clients. Sometimes we are here late finishing up a design for a deadline. It’s just part of the job. We enjoy being in this part of Bangalore. It’s got a good vibe and it’s easy for people to find us if they know the neighborhood. Most of our clients are just neighbors or local folks who need a bit of help with their plans.
