Sundar Construction

Sundar Construction is based out of Sultan Palya in the R.T. Nagar area of Bangalore. Our address is 959 on the 2nd Cross in Manorayana Palya. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of narrow streets and houses close together. We’ve been doing construction work from this spot for quite some time now. You can usually find someone at the office during the day, though we are often out at different sites checking on progress. Building things in Bangalore is always a challenge because of the weather and the logistics of getting materials through the streets. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a practical office where we keep our tools and project maps. We know the local area very well. Most of the people who work here live nearby too. We take on various building jobs, some big and some small. We don't talk ourselves up with big promises. We just show up and do what needs to be done. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road nearby, but we are used to it. We just focus on finishing the work we started. It’s a humble way to make a living, but we are glad to be part of the community here. It is a lot of hard work but we don't really mind the hustle.
