Our office is located at No.310 in the A Wing of Mittal Tower. We are right on M G Road in Bangalore, which is a very familiar spot for most people. If you look across the street, you will see the Ing Vysya Bank right there. Sometimes the phone line crackles a bit when we are on a call, but we manage. We have been working out of this building for a long time. The office is a busy place where we arrange tours and travel for anyone who walks in. It’s not a corporate setup with a lot of rules; it’s just us trying to stay organized. We have stacks of brochures and notebooks all over our desks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at screens to find the right timings for trips. We aren't really into fancy talk or making big promises. We just look at what is available and tell you the price. The elevators in Mittal Tower can be a bit temperamental, so we usually warn people about that. It’s a lively part of town to work in, even if the traffic is a bit much. We have a small group of staff who have been here for years. We know the regular customers who stop by to pick up their tickets or just to chat about a trip they are planning. It’s just a normal, everyday business.
