Down at 9/A Nil Giri Road in the Peenya Industrial Area, that’s where you’ll find Sun Adchem Pvt Ltd. We’re right in the middle of Goddara, surrounded by other factories and warehouses. It’s a busy part of town, lots of lorries moving in and out all day long. We deal with chemicals and industrial stuff, which isn't the most glamorous work, but it's what we know. The office is small and tucked inside the main building, usually smelling a bit like the products we handle. We’ve been operating out of Peenya for a good while now because it makes sense for the logistics. It’s easier to move things when you’re right in the industrial hub. There’s always someone around loading something or checking inventory on the floor. We aren't a big corporate outfit with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the desk. We keep the paperwork moving and make sure the orders get out to where they need to go. It’s a lot of routine, checking drums and labels, making sure everything is where it should be. The road outside can get pretty rough during the monsoon, but we manage. Just a regular bunch of people working in Goddara, doing what needs to be done every day. We usually have a radio playing in the back to break up the silence. It’s a steady job and we keep the place running. There is a small tea shop nearby where we take our breaks.
