We are located at B-1, Ajanta, which is right opposite the Jain Temple at the Naranpura Cross Road. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic in the background. Our space is more of a service center and office than anything else. We have various parts and mechanical components sitting around on pallets. The floor is concrete and has a few oil stains here and there from the equipment we handle. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have fancy carpets or glass partitions. We have a couple of metal desks and some heavy-duty shelving units that hold our manuals and tools. Usually, one of the technicians is in the back tinkering with something while the rest of us manage the calls. The temple across the street is a good landmark, and during festivals, the whole area gets very lively. We’ve been at this Naranpura location for quite a while now, and most of the businesses nearby know us. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us in work shirts drinking tea near the entrance. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes the work takes a bit longer than expected. It’s just the nature of dealing with heavy machinery and systems. We just get on with it and try to keep the shop running as smoothly as possible without any fuss.
