Our workshop is over at C 91 2nd B Main Road 2nd Stage Peenya Indl Est. Peenya is a huge place and it’s easy to get lost, but we’ve been here long enough that we know all the shortcuts. Sugam Systems Mechsys Automation Technologies Pvt. Ltd is what we go by. We do a lot of work with automation and mechanical systems. It’s a lot of nuts and bolts, wiring, and testing out different setups. The space is filled with tools and half-finished projects. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We have a small group of guys who really know their way around a machine. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to the people who need systems built and we get to work. Most days are spent on the shop floor. We take lunch together and talk about the jobs we're working on. It’s a practical environment. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs to be finished. The neighbors are all industrial businesses too, so there’s always the sound of machinery in the background. We like being in the heart of the industrial estate. It feels like the right place for the kind of work we do. We just keep our heads down and finish the tasks given to us.
