You can find Sudhakar Pai Associates over on Commissariat Road, near Mata Rani Chowk 41409. It’s a busy intersection and there is always something going on outside our windows, which can be a bit distracting when we’re trying to concentrate. We’ve been here for years, and the office has become a bit of a second home to the staff. We aren't the type to have a sleek, modern office with glass walls or fancy art. It’s more of a functional space with heavy wooden desks and plenty of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We deal with a lot of paperwork and technical stuff every day. The work can be repetitive at times, but we take it seriously and try to get it done properly. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us because they’ve heard about us from someone else in the area. We have our routine. Start early, get the coffee going, and work through the list of tasks. There’s usually a bit of chatter in the office, mostly about work but sometimes about the local news or the cricket scores. It’s a comfortable environment for us. We’ve seen the chowk change over the seasons, from the heavy rains to the hot summer days. Through it all, we just stay focused on the projects we have on our plates. It’s honest work and we are glad to be part of the community here on Commissariat Road. We don’t plan on moving anytime soon as this spot suits us.
