Subhash Projects

Subhash Projects operates out of this space on Balajiga Street in Ramnagaram. We are situated at Door No-277, and it’s actually a C/O address for Mr. T. Ramaiah. It’s a bit of a different setup than a standard office building, but it works well for the type of local project work we do here. Ramnagaram is a place with a lot of history, and being on this street means we are right in the heart of the community. Most of the time, it’s just a few of us sitting around desks covered in site plans and local maps. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or waiting rooms. If someone comes by, we usually just pull up a spare chair and offer them some water. The pace here is a bit more measured than in the big metros, which allows us to be thorough. We handle the logistics and the basic marketing for projects in this region. Communication can be a bit slow sometimes if the weather is bad, but we manage. There is a lot of local knowledge that goes into what we do, and we rely on that more than any complicated software. It’s a very hands-on environment. We know the people in the neighborhood and they know us. Working out of this house-turned-office makes the whole business feel a lot more personal and less like a cold corporate machine. We just focus on doing things right for the local projects.
