Studio K Architects

Studio K Architects is based in Seshadripuram. We are at No.161/1, in a building called Pearl Naksha on 1st Main Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Indian Oil petrol pump. It is a very busy spot with cars and bikes constantly pulling in for fuel. Our office is where we sit and do all our architectural drawings and planning. It is not a massive, high-tech studio. It is just a cozy space with large windows that let in a lot of light, which is good for our work. We have shelves filled with architectural books and some small scale models of houses we have designed in the past. Seshadripuram is a nice, traditional neighborhood and we like the feel of it. The office is a bit cluttered with rolls of paper and different types of pens, but that is how we work best. We are not corporate people who wear suits every day. We are just a small team who likes building things that look okay and work well for the owners. We have been in this location for a good amount of time and we have become part of the local scene. Sometimes we walk over to the nearby market to get lunch. We do not have a big marketing strategy. People usually come to us after seeing a house we designed. It is a simple, honest way to run a firm.
