Studio JES

We are over at 18/1 Jogupalya Main, right on Channel Road in Ulsoor. It’s a busy spot, especially being so close to the tempo stand. You can hear the drivers calling out and the engines running all through the day. We’ve been here at Studio JES for a good while now. The street gets quite crowded, and sometimes it's a bit of a struggle for people to find a place to stop their scooters. We just open up every morning and get on with things. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. It’s just a regular place where we handle whatever needs doing that day. You get used to the noise after a while. Most of the people who come in are locals from around the neighborhood who know where we are. We don’t have any big, shiny signs or anything. It’s just the address and our door. Dealing with the Bangalore traffic is a constant thing here, but we manage. We try to keep things simple and honest. If someone walks in with a question, we just talk to them like a neighbor. The weather changes, the traffic moves outside, and we just stay here doing our bit. It’s a small space, not like those big glass offices you see in other parts of the city. We just do our own thing every day and see the same faces passing by on their way to work or the market.
