Our office is located on Surveyor Street in Basavanagudi. It's a nice part of Bangalore with lots of old trees and temples nearby. We are at 15/1, a building that’s been part of the street for years. Stryker India is what we call ourselves, and we focus on medical technology and equipment. Even though the name sounds big, our daily life here is pretty grounded. We have a team that manages the operations for this region. The office has a lot of desks and a small pantry where we all get our coffee. We spend a lot of time coordinating with hospitals across the state. Basavanagudi is a busy place, so parking can be a bit of a headache for visitors. We usually tell people to take an auto. Inside, it’s mostly just us on our laptops or on the phone. We don’t have a flashy showroom. It’s more of a functional space for planning and logistics. We like the neighborhood because it has a lot of good places to eat during lunch. The work is serious because it involves healthcare, but we keep the atmosphere in the office quite friendly. We aren't into big corporate speeches. We just show up, do the logistics and support work, and head home. It’s a solid place to work from. Most of us have been here for a couple of years now and we know the local vendors well.
