Structural Draughtman,Project Management

We are located in Nandini Layout, specifically on 2nd Main in Jai Maruthi Nagar. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore, and we have been here for a bit now. The work we do is a mix of draughting and managing projects. It’s not just sitting at a computer all day; I often have to step out to see how things are going on the ground. The office at 93-92/10-1 is where the drawings start. It can get a bit cluttered with papers and rolls of plans, but that is how it goes when you’re busy. Managing a project means you have to keep track of a lot of different people and schedules. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. Sometimes things go wrong or get delayed, and you just have to figure out a way to fix it. We don't try to look like a big fancy firm. We are just local people doing technical work. The 6th Cross area is pretty active, so there is always something happening outside the window. I think being right here in the neighborhood helps us stay connected to what’s actually being built around the city. It is hard work, and the hours can be long when a deadline is coming up. But we just keep at it. That is the way we operate. If you need someone who knows the layout of a building and how to get it done, this is the place.
