Strides Arcolab Ltd.

You can find us at Strides House, which is located in the Bilekahalli area right off Bannerghatta Road. If you’ve ever driven down this road, you know how much traffic there is, but once you turn into the building, things quiet down a little bit. We’ve been here at Strides Arcolab Ltd. for a while, and it feels like home to most of the staff. The building itself is quite recognizable to people who live around here. We spend our days managing various pharmaceutical projects and keeping track of a lot of moving parts. It’s not always easy keeping everything on schedule, but we do our best. The office is usually humming with people talking or moving between floors. Bilekahalli is a busy spot, so there is always somewhere to grab a quick snack or coffee nearby during breaks. We don't really have a lot of time for fancy talk; we just focus on getting through the daily list of things that need doing. It’s a practical workspace. We deal with a lot of paperwork and technical details that come with being in this industry. Some of us have been making the commute down Bannerghatta Road for years, so we’ve seen how much the area has changed. Even with all the new buildings popping up, Strides House stays the same for us. It’s a steady place to work and a big part of our daily lives. We just keep our heads down and work.
