Stress Clinic

Stress Clinic is located in Malleswaram, which is one of the older, more established parts of Bangalore. We are at No.224 on the 2nd floor. The street is 14th Cross, just off Sampige Road. One of the easiest ways to find us is to look for the SAI Baba Temple because we are right opposite that. Malleswaram is a busy place, especially with the markets and the temples nearby, so there is always a lot of foot traffic. Our space is on the second floor, so it’s a little removed from the noise of the street. It’s a plain, simple setup. We don't have fancy decorations or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place where we do our daily tasks. The stairs can be a bit steep, but most people don't mind. We’ve been here for quite some time and we like the vibe of this neighborhood. It feels very traditional and grounded. The people working here are just regular folks. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate jargon. We just talk to people like normal neighbors would. If you're coming by for the first time, just look for the temple and then head across to the second floor of our building. We keep things pretty straightforward and honest around here. It’s a busy neighborhood but our little spot stays fairly calm even on the busiest days.
