Store Assistant

We are located over at Shawlupatti, specifically at the Tamilpolizhagam address near the Collectorate office in Dharmapuri. It's a quiet enough area most days, and we run our store operations from here. Mostly, the work involves helping out with the daily intake of supplies and keeping the registers updated. Thangavelu started things here, and we just keep it going. It’s a local setup, nothing fancy or overly managed. We handle the lifting and the organizing ourselves. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit difficult to get through, but the trucks usually make it. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure nothing got damaged in transit. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of items tucked into the corners. It’s just how we work. We don't have a big staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We take our breaks under the shade outside when it gets too stuffy indoors. It is basic work, really. Just making sure people get what they ordered and the inventory stays right. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a reliable one for the local folks. Most of our neighbors know us by name now. It took some time to get the storage layout right, but we finally figured it out last summer. We mostly use paper ledgers because they are faster than the old laptop we have.
