Sthapathi

Sthapathi is based out of Rajajinagar, specifically at 555 on the 63rd Cross in the 5th Block. It’s a well-known residential area and we’ve been here for quite a while now. The office is easy enough to find if you know where the 5th Block is. We aren’t a big firm with hundreds of employees and a human resources department. It’s just a small group of us who know what we’re doing and try to do it right. The space is usually filled with drawings, notes, and old files that we really should probably archive someday when we have the time. We work regular hours, though sometimes things run a bit late if a project is dragging on or if we’re waiting for a call. There’s nothing fancy about how we operate. We sit down, talk about what needs to be done, and then we just do it. Rajajinagar has a lot of character, and we like being part of the community here. The street can get busy during the school run or in the evenings, but it’s usually manageable for us. We don’t spend money on expensive furniture or fancy decor to impress visitors. We’d rather just have good tools to work with every day. There’s a small tea shop nearby where we spend a lot of time talking about our plans. It’s a practical way of living and working. We don't use big corporate words to describe what we do. We just build and design things.
