We’re Sterling Developers(P) Ltd, and you can find us over in Nagarabhavi, Bangalore. Our office is at No. 432 in the MPM Layout, which is quite close to the Ambedkar Engineering College. Having the college nearby means there are always students and people walking around, which keeps the area lively. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. Krishnanand Laxman Naik is the name on the door. It’s a typical Bangalore layout office. A few desks, a lot of files, and a constant supply of coffee are what keep us going. Building things in Bangalore-72 involves a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities and making sure the labor is showing up. A polished corporate image isn't something we worry about because that’s not who we are. We are more comfortable in our boots on a dusty site than in a boardroom. The realities of land development are dealt with every day. Sometimes the rain messes up our schedule, or a delivery is late, and we just have to find a way around it. Nagarabhavi is an area we know well, having seen it grow from empty lots to what it is today. It’s a busy life, and we’re usually juggling five things at once. There's no mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get done before the sun goes down. It’s a grind, but it’s our grind.
