Sterling Developers operates out of Maruthi Nagar, specifically in the Kodige Halli area of Bangalore. We’re located at No.75, a place we call Ananda Nilaya within Dee Enclave. Bangalore is a big, sprawling city, and being in this part of town keeps us close to a lot of the residential growth. A massive corporation with hundreds of staff is not what we are. It’s a smaller team here, focusing on the day-to-day tasks of developing local plots and buildings. The traffic in Bangalore is always a topic of conversation in the office, especially when we’re trying to get to a site across town. Our office is a practical space. Maps are pinned to the walls and stacks of tiles and paint samples are tucked in the corners. It’s a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. Many hours are spent talking to contractors and trying to make sure the weather doesn't ruin our timelines. Kodigehalli has changed a lot since we started, and we’ve been part of that change in our own small way. Big words or fancy promises don't really fit us. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure the buildings we put up are decent. It’s a lot of sweat and sometimes a lot of frustration, but seeing a project finish is a good feeling. We’re just local builders trying to keep things moving. This neighborhood has been good to us over the years.
